The one day everyone is in the room
Getting a whole company photographed one person at a time takes months of scheduling, chasing and re-scheduling. An annual meeting, a conference, an awards night or a holiday party is the one day the entire leadership team, membership or staff is already together, dressed well and in a good mood. Put the headshot booth in the pre-function space or a corner of the ballroom and by the end of the evening every person has a current, professional headshot for LinkedIn, the company directory and their bio page — without pulling anyone out of the program.
Attendees love it because it is fast and they leave with something useful. Planners love it because it is a zero-effort draw that fills the quiet minutes between sessions. Sponsors love it because their logo travels with every image that gets posted that night.
60–90 seconds, live iPad approval, delivery in minutes
Step up
Walk-ups during breaks and receptions, or a short sign-up link so people pick a time slot. Most events use both. Jack directs the pose so nobody has to know what to do with their hands.
Approve on the iPad
A short series is shot tethered to a live iPad preview. The attendee picks their favorite frame on the spot, so nobody leaves wondering how it turned out.
Delivered to their phone
A finished, web-sized headshot arrives by text or email within minutes — ready for LinkedIn before the next session starts. Your team gets the full set in one gallery within 48 hours.
Branded, if you want it
A sponsor logo, event mark or brand frame can be applied to every image, and the backdrop can match your brand colors. Lead capture is included at conferences and trade shows.
Annual meetings, board meetings, awards nights, conferences
Annual meetings
The whole membership or company in one room once a year — the single most efficient day to refresh every headshot in the organization.
Board meetings & leadership days
Under 40 people is usually a team session rather than a booth (see below), but a booth at a large leadership summit keeps the schedule intact.
Awards nights & galas
Everyone is dressed for it. A booth by the reception turns a 20-minute cocktail window into a company-wide headshot update.
Holiday parties
A relaxed, well-lit portrait people actually use — and a draw that gets the team to the party on time.
Conferences, expos & trade shows
A sponsored headshot lounge is one of the strongest booth draws on the floor: real value for attendees, a logo on every image, and a lead list for the sponsor.
Sales kickoffs & recruiting days
New hires and a full sales team photographed the same day, with consistent lighting, so the directory and LinkedIn finally match.

What’s included and what to plan for
A directed photographer, not a kiosk
Self-serve and AI photo kiosks average three minutes a person, and most of that is people guessing at their own pose in front of a screen. The booth runs faster because it is directed: Jack sets the angle, the chin and the expression in seconds, shoots a short series, and the attendee approves the winner on the iPad. The result is a real portrait with real lighting — the same lighting for the CEO and the newest hire — and it takes about a minute. Guests have been photographed by Jack for Google, Dell, Bosch, T-Mobile, Fluor, Prisma Health, Chick-fil-A and Perkins&Will; the booth brings that standard to a room of two hundred.

Add event photography to the booth day
The most efficient way to book both. Event coverage starts at $525 per hour with a two-hour minimum; add the booth and an assistant keeps the station moving while Jack covers the stage, the awards and the candids. Highlight selects within 24 hours, the full gallery within five business days. One proposal covers both.
Greenville, the Upstate and the Carolinas
Based in Greenville, SC. Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Clemson and the rest of the Upstate carry no travel fee. Charlotte, Columbia, Asheville, Charleston and Atlanta booth days are quoted per event and booked regularly. Venues include convention centers, hotel ballrooms, conference centers and corporate campuses — anywhere with a 10 by 10 foot corner and an outlet.

Each person is in and out in about 60–90 seconds, which works out to up to 40 headshots an hour per station when the line keeps moving. For larger conferences or a tight window we add a second station, which doubles the pace to about 80 an hour so nobody waits more than a few minutes. How long does each person spend at the booth?+

About 60–90 seconds. Jack directs the pose, takes a short series, and the attendee approves their favorite frame on a live iPad preview before they step away, so nobody leaves wondering how it turned out. Print-resolution files are available as an upgrade at $25 per image. Can you set up a headshot booth at our annual meeting or board meeting?+
Can you set up a headshot booth at our annual meeting or board meeting?
Yes. Annual meetings, awards nights and holiday parties are the booth’s most common use, because they are often the only time the whole team or membership is in one room. A board meeting or leadership day of under 40 people is usually better served by a team session, which brings matched, retouched headshots to your meeting at 3–5 minutes per person. Either way we set up before doors open, run through breaks and receptions, and pack down without interrupting the program. What does the booth include, and when do we need the Team Studio Day?+

Tell us the venue and we’ll coordinate load-in with your planner. Can we add our logo or a sponsor’s logo to the images?+

Both. For conferences and trade shows we collect attendee name, company and email at delivery and hand you the list as a spreadsheet after the event.
